Mr. Ravi Khandelwal

Administration Director

“Knowledge is as vast as the universe. Time is limited and there is so much to learn.”

I strongly believe that schooling has to essentially prepare a child for life in such a way that he/she is able to find moments of happiness through the whole journey of learning. It is the right time for a parent to realize that we cannot measure our child’s happiness by success and money. I, with an experience of almost 20 years in providing education, have realized that parents are extremely overbearing about how their children should be taught or even treated by teachers. Over pampering and excessive comforts have taken away the freedom to teach effectively, further resulting in the mass production of uneducated literates.

“When Mrs. Khandelwal began her Journey in the domain of education in the year 1997, her deep disillusionment with her own education resurfaced. She saw that a child’s knowledge and ability were judged by the performance in exam and grades were based on a pure rote-learning system. She realized that our education system’s shortcomings must be overcome if we seek to retain our children’s basic curiosity which would develop them into leaders that our Country needs. Thus, began our quest for an alternate system of education that would be child-centric and shape knowledge pioneers and nation builders.

Determined to make a difference, she got involved in designing the 21st Century curriculum which would make children love School, love learning so that they become lifelong learners. We strive to be the Academic institute wherein our team’s root motivation and passion is to transform traditional education system. At Vedaant we uphold a child to discover self to his/her potential and evolve them into a complete human being under the observation of great facilitators and mentors. We have wisely chosen a 5-day residential school, as children need to be drawn away from the convenience and pampering offered by their parents. They should be put into ‘simulation’ that replicates larger society and gives children real life experiences.

Vedaant, due to its distinctive approach would prepare a child strongly for future endeavors. Here the child would actually learn to face life, people, day to day challenges, emotional problems, pressure, failure, victory, happiness, responsibilities etc. When a child is far from distractions, they will be able to assess and realize the value of both time and relationships. They will learn to balance several emotions that they face throughout their experience at Vedaant Vidhyakulum, helping them to build confidence in self and take decisions for themselves – be truly independent under guided support.
